H&T Industrial Customer Satisfaction Survey 2022
H&T Industrial are pleased to announce the latest score from our customer satisfaction survey. We achieved an overall score satisfaction score of 8.59 out of 10 which is an excellent result.
In this years survey, we achieved a lot of positive feedback regarding out customer service and communication levels which is always an important element to us as a global business. After the pandemic, everyone started changing the way they do business, with a lot of people relying more on technology and digital platforms to communicate with people. At H&T Industrial we have ensured we have adapted to the changing environments and maintained high levels of respondent rates during the pandemic and beyond which we are extremely proud of.
We also received a lot of positive comments regarding the quality of our products which is also an important element to us. The quality of our products is world class and we do not accept compromise on the quality of our supplies. Providing global markets with high quality products will always be one of our top priorities so for this to be positively acknowledged by our customers is an excellent achievement for us.
The customer satisfaction survey feedback, both positive and negative, will be reviewed by the H&T Industrial management team and help us improve the service we offer to our customers.
