H&T Industrial Customer Satisfaction Survey 2021

The team at H&T Industrial is delighted to reveal that in the recent 2021 customer satisfaction survey we achieved an average satisfaction score of 8.69 out of 10.

This is an extremely successful result and we are very proud to receive such a high mark across out customers who took the time to take part in the survey and give us their valuable feedback which included positive comments on our quality, reliability and customer service.

Achieving this result is also a true testament to the work our colleagues do, especially in the most difficult of years. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in the UK, H&T Industrial has been committed to working around the clock despite the risks and restrictions that have been implemented nationally.

The customer satisfaction survey feedback, both positive and negative, will be reviewed by the H&T Industrial management team and help us improve the service we offer to our customers.

H&T Industrial would like to thank its employees for their continued support, commitment and work ethic, especially during the last 18 months, in order to keep our deep drawn manufacturing  running so we can meet our business demands. We would also like to thank the continued support and dedication of our suppliers and customers that ensure we can keep doing what we do.
