H&T Industrial offers a wide range of secondary processing, including advanced cleaning.

Due to the deep drawn technology process, components produced are often covered in oil and other residue which needs to be removed from the surface of the metal component.

For cleaning, H&T Industrial only uses the most up-to-date and fully-automated wash plant machinery available. The Hockh cleaning plant is a perc based system, ensuring an optimum cleaning finish for all the deep-drawn components we manufacture.

As a precision engineering company we manufacture a wide range of components in a variety of metals including stainless steel, aluminium, galfen, and nickel silver, and our cleaning process is suitable for all these metals.

Our wash plant machinery has the ability to wash large volumes, as well as both large and small components. Fully enclosed, the H&T Industrial wash plant machinery has a recycling system built in, meaning that the washing solutions are continually regenerated and reused, making the system both environmentally friendly and energy efficient.

As with all our secondary operations, H&T Industrial’s advanced cleaning process is designed, commissioned and validated by in-house engineering teams in order to achieve a bespoke customer solution.
